Industrial Maintenance Technician

This High-level Industrial Maintenance Technician role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of industrial equipment and systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform PLC and control system work, and lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts to support reliable, efficient production operations.

• Troubleshoot advanced electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues.

• Diagnose and repair issues involving schematics, pneumatics, DC controls, and multiple voltage systems including 24V, 120V, 480V, and European 230V.

• Work with pumps, water displacement systems, and motor controls to ensure reliable and efficient operation.

• Perform PLC diagnostics and programming to maintain and improve automated systems.

• Perform HMI, VFD, and servo diagnostics and programming to optimize machine performance and reliability.

• Install and wire motors, drives, PLCs, DC controls, and other control system components in accordance with safety and engineering standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fombell, PA.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
