Schedule: 1st Shift | Thursday–Sunday | 5:30 AM–4:30 PM (4 days, 11-hour shifts)

Are you mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and enjoy fixing things? Clemens Food Group is hiring a Building & Facilities Maintenance Technician to support general repairs and upkeep at our Hatfield manufacturing facility.

You don't need years of industrial maintenance experience. We're looking for someone who's dependable, hands-on, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Perform general building and facility maintenance and repairs.

Repair doors, hardware, garage doors, and mechanical components.

Assist with concrete, epoxy flooring, and driveway repairs.

Troubleshoot and maintain drive chains, belts, and drainage components.

Serve as the primary battery changer on weekends , safely changing equipment batteries to keep operations running.

Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance assignments.

Respond to facility repair needs while following safety procedures.

Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.

Ability to read a tape measure and follow maintenance instructions.

Experience in general maintenance, construction, mechanical repairs, or a related hands-on field preferred.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work safely in an active manufacturing environment.

Availability to work Thursday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–4:30 PM .

Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.

4-day workweek with three consecutive days off.

Starting pay of $25+/hour , based on skills and experience.

Variety of hands-on maintenance projects and repairs.
