We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the warehouse shipping and receiving team, ensuring the smooth execution of pick, pack, and ship functions. This role ensures that all finished goods are properly stored and rotated based on FIFO (First In, First Out) standards while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly finished goods inventory and ensuring proper operation within the company’s ERP system.

The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Logistics Manager and work closely with plant and operations leadership to drive a culture of employee development and continuous improvement within the warehouse team. This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment, which may involve exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to address urgent maintenance issues or complete special projects.

Major Job Functions
  • Oversee the warehouse shipping and receiving team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Approve time off, manage shift schedules, disciplinary actions.
  • Daily management of workload delegation (loading trucks, picking orders, receiving inbound deliveries).
  • Daily Management of pick, pack, and ship functions to meet operational demands.
  • Dumpster Management and Swap out Scheduling
  • Ensure all finished goods are stored properly and rotated according to FIFO standards.
  • Occasionally filling in to load/unload, pick orders to meet operational demands.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly finished goods inventory.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership and operations teams to support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in employee development initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct yearly performance reviews.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Supervise receipt of incoming materials.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper operation within the company’s ERP system.
  • Assign and manage order tasks.
  • Issue goods in SAP upon shipment completion.
  • Accurate inventory movements.
  • Disposal of finished goods.
Required Skills/Abilities/Education
  • 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, and inventory management.
  • 2-4 years in “hands‑on” management/ supervisor position.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory control processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
