As the Building and Facilities Manager
, you will oversee the maintenance, safety, and operations of our facility located in Wexford and Canonsburg, PA. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients and team members. Must be detail oriented and take pride in the work your preform.

• Manage and coordinate all building maintenance, repairs, and improvements
  • Perform general repairs, basic plumbing and electric, routine maintenance, grounds upkeep
• Address maintenance concerns promptly
• Assist with special projects or building improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  
  Supervise contractors as needed
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Develop and manage the facility budget

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building repairs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
• Valid driver’s license
