As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure that all client sites are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across various job sites.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Hire, train, and evaluate cleaning staff.
• Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate with clients to address needs, feedback, and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
