We are a growing national construction management firm located in the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are at the forefront of construction technology, comprised of the best and brightest professionals in the Greater Philadelphia market. We are looking to grow our team with a senior leader on the project management side of the business.

• Preferred 4‑year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4‑year degree.
• 7 years’ experience as Project Manager overseeing large projects specifically Multifamily.
• Demonstrated competency in scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, ability to communicate both written and oral, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Competent in PC‑based scheduling and spreadsheet applications (i.e Primavera, Procore, Timber scan, Excel, Word, P6, etc.).
• OSHA 30‑Hour certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• LEED background a plus.
