Construction Project Manager

My client is a top notch Construction Management firm doing Commercial and Healthcare type of experience. Right now the focus is on the Healthcare part of the business. They are seeking a Project Manager with good Hospital and Healthcare experience.

• Provide oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Mentor and support project managers and superintendents to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and industry presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
