Our client, a leader in facility management and project execution, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
+ Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects, managing project timelines effectively.
+ Identify and address potential risks related to project scope, logistics, and budget constraints.
+ Coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals ("RFPs") to ensure competitive and compliant procurement processes.
+ Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to meet project goals and standards.
** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in project or construction management.
+ Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
+ Experience in managing capital projects, small facilities remodeling, and asset replacement projects.
+ Ability to prepare and track budgets, with a solid understanding of technical construction requirements.
+ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
