Experience: Director

Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting initiatives
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, and general ledger activity
• Help improve internal controls, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with leadership on business planning and financial decision-making
• Support inventory, equipment, service, and operational accounting activities

• 5+ years of accounting, finance, or business management experience
• Prior experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Business Manager preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and operational accounting
• Experience with in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, construction, or service-based environments is highly preferred

A well-established industrial equipment and service company in the greater Pittsburgh area is looking to add a hands-on Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and help support continued operational growth.
