Warehouse Manager

Our client, a dedicated organization supporting community welfare, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the logistics and operations department supporting food distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Johnstown, PA

Pay Range: $40000 - $50000

• Lead physical counts and reconcile data within the inventory system to ensure accuracy.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product receipt, storage, and outbound logistics for pantry orders.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational excellence.
• Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and safety compliance.
• Serve as the primary logistics lead for the community pantry network, providing timely support and resource allocation.

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience of three years in warehouse management.
• Proven experience managing teams and delegating tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and familiarity with inventory management software (WMS).
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean DMV record and forklift certification or the ability to obtain one quickly.
• High attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to remain professional under pressure and frequent interruptions.
