Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Business Office Manager to join our team at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, Pennsylvania. As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring the efficient and effective management of financial, administrative, and operational functions. Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the business office staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellence in customer service and administrative support
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA and OSHA
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate and facilitate internal audits and external reviews
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including financial statements, patient demographics, and employee performance metrics
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective financial management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners
- Coordinate and participate in quality improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs
- 1+ years of experience in a business office manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software and systems quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
