Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships that drive retention.;
Promote and lead company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit enrollment) and merchandising standards.;

Oversee store operations including opening/closing, Front End and Cash Office functions, and staff supervision.
