CJ Logistics - - Responsibilities:
Supervise & Coordinate:
Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.;

Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.;
Ensure Accuracy & Efficiency:

Assist in Scheduling & Planning:
Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.;
