ABOUT THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a future leader of Midas, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently and safely. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards; scheduling mechanics/technicians work; managing outside orders; ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining safety for team members.

ABOUT

THE POSITION OF SERVICE MANAGER

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. To deliver complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess their needs, provide information on required repairs, and ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience.

WHAT

WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Mindset: You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
