Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Dairy Department to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement);
Lead and train dairy department associates, including onboarding and ongoing development;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance within the Dairy Department;
Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, rotated, and displayed according to policy;
Monitor department operations to meet staffing, scheduling, and performance targets
