As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce policies, procedures, and standards; schedule mechanics and technicians’ work; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and promote the safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians; stage vehicle repair and maintenance work; drive sales initiatives at Mavis; communicate directly with customers; assess needs; provide repair and maintenance information; and strive to meet expectations.

To be eligible, candidates must (1) be at least 18 years old; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role.
