Terr Ascend in Waterfall, PA is seeking a Full-Time IPM Lead to drive Integrated Pest Management across our cultivation facility. You will supervise the Pest Management team, ensure compliance with SOPs, and support plant health from clone to harvest.
You will develop IPM strategies, train technicians, maintain records, and partner with pesticide applicators to protect crops while meeting state regulations. The role requires a strong eye for detail, punctuality, and the ability to work weekends.
