Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic AHP with extensive clinical and leadership experience within an MDT or integrated team for the position of Operational Manager for RES and the HSCP front door teams. These include a developing Hospital at Home service and Home First Response Service within Renfrewshire HSCP.

• Operate within the Renfrewshire management structure and line manage staff within Rehabilitation and Enablement Service, Hospital at Home, and HFRS.
• Provide strategic leadership and operational management for RES, Hospital at Home, and HFRS services.
• Ensure accountability for performance, resources and activity within the area of responsibility.
• Recruit, appraise, support continuing professional development, and manage performance of the multidisciplinary team.
• Manage delegated budget and oversee clinical and corporate governance, staff accommodation, and IM&T.
• Provide managerial input to the HSCP/Locality strategic structure and actively contribute to the overall planning and management of Health and Social care services in Renfrewshire HSCP.
