We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store on East Lancaster Avenue in Downingtown.

This role oversees all aspects of the store's performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational success. You will be a key leader in day-to-day activities and in anticipating store needs for marketing strategies and initiatives. As a Liquor Store General Manager 3A, you will perform the following duties:
- Store Operations: Manage all internal store functions and coordinate with delivery, maintenance, and other teams to keep the store clean, safe, organized, and welcoming for customers and staff at all times
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product selection, offer expert recommendations, resolve issues, and work with your staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Staff Leadership: Guide and evaluate performance; provide training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
- Marketing and Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory, product placement, and approved displays to help ensure effective participation in promotions and optimal customer experience
- Business Recordkeeping: Handle cash management, sales reporting, and the maintenance of accurate records in line with company policies and procedures
- Work Environment: Foster healthy positivity and teamwork to support staff in achieving high-level performance and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a top-tier environment

- Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Five years of supervisory retail sales work.

- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
