- DevelopandexecuteHHT'ssustainabilityroadmapandenterprisegoals
- Lead energy,greenhouse gas,waste reduction,andcircularityinitiativesacrossmultiplesites
- Identify and implement projects that deliver measurable environmental and financial results
- Manage sustainability metrics, reporting, and performance improvement plans
- Serve as the sustainability subject matter expert for leaders and cross-functional teams
- Build organizational capability through training, engagement, and change leadership
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
- Experience leading enterprise or multi-site sustainability initiatives with measurable results
- Strong business acumen, project leadership, and stakeholder influence skills
- 30-40% travel
- Manufacturingorconsumerproductsexperience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- ExperiencewithESGreporting,greenhousegasaccounting,orlifecycle assessment
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM),LEED,orsimilarcredential
