Your Mission

Your mission is to guide and develop a team of Flooring Specialists who are confident, capable, and masters of our sales process. You’ll lead by example, coach in real time, and make sure every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression.

• Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands‑on coaching and planning
• Develop your team through feedback, role‑play, and skill‑building exercises
• Make sure our proven selling system is executed flawlessly at every appointment
• Lead engaging huddles and meetings that reinforce priorities and goals
• Conduct ride‑alongs and appointment audits to strengthen skills on the spot
• Fast-track new-hire success with structured onboarding and training
