Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a senior leader to guide our Utility Design Engineering discipline in Pennsylvania. You will drive strategy, growth, and high-level technical delivery across fiber and utility design services, building trusted client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll mentor managers and technical staff, shape quarterly performance, and advocate for scalable processes, safety, and quality. Regular travel to PA offices and client sites will be expected.
