We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Manager to oversee residential services at Adesha Village
. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support while providing supervision, guidance, and development to residential staff.

Adesha Village is a program of Resources for Human Development (RHD) that provides residential supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through a person-centered approach, the program focuses on promoting independence, community inclusion, skill development, and quality of life.

This position will provide oversight of two residential group homes
, ensuring consistent, high-quality services and compliance with all applicable regulations and agency standards.

• Oversee the daily operations of two residential group homes
• Supervise, coach, and develop Lead Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for individuals served
• Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage across assigned homes
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies as needed
• Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, community participation, and goal achievement
• Monitor and oversee medication administration, medical appointments, and healthcare coordination
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, and state requirements
• Review documentation, progress notes, and electronic health records for accuracy and completion
• Conduct staff training, orientation, competency evaluations, and ongoing development activities
• Monitor household budgets, food supplies, consumer funds, and operational needs
• Serve as a liaison with families, service coordinators, community providers, and healthcare professionals
• Promote person-centered practices and positive outcomes for individuals supported

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid Non-Provisional Driver's License
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
