Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare machines for shipment to end users.
- Uncrate new machine tools, power up, perform full testing, and issue written inspection reports.
- Perform customer demonstrations and operator walkthroughs.
- Provide technical phone support and on-site service to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve machine issues.
- Accurately document service activities, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Position Requirements
High School,
1+ Years
work experience Skills & Qualifications
- Industrial machine tool installation and repair experience.
- Hands-on experience with machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial electrical (3-phase) knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, including the ability to assist customers over the phone.
