HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Lead in the Manufacturing industry in West Middlesex, PA!
Pay: $33.23-$34.95/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
Location: West Middlesex, PA

About the Role
This role supports daily maintenance operations by assigning work, leading maintenance staff, and performing hands-on maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assign and support daily maintenance work orders and priorities
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance staff on safe work practices
- Perform and assist with planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance and repairs
- Support equipment installations and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with MRO parts purchasing, forecasting, and inventory control
- Partner with operations to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime
- Ensure all maintenance work is properly documented and compliant
- Maintain GMP, food safety, quality, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with operations, management, and other departments
- Provide coverage for other maintenance team members as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/HMI, and HVAC systems
- Prior team leadership or lead-level experience preferred
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate forklifts
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
