Adams Manufacturing Corp, part of the Keter U.S. Group, seeks an entry‑level Mold Cleaner Technician for its Tooling Department in Portersville, PA.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 7 am‑3:30 pm; occasional weekends/after‑hours on call/OT. Overtime may be required.

Starting Wage: $22.50 per hour.

The Mold Cleaner Technician will clean, inspect, and maintain molds, change slides and inserts, and perform basic machining and repair tasks.

• Clean, maintain and visually inspect molds in the press, entering data into the system.
• Change slides and inserts on molds.
• Perform basic machining operations.
• Assist with repairs on molds weighing 500‑70,000 pounds.
• Keep shop area clean and organized.
• Follow all Keter safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Lead Tech or Manager.

• Complete forklift and crane training class.
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
• Online training on mold components and functions.
• Calm communication in a fast‑paced environment.
• Frequent climbing and lifting capability.
• Basic knowledge of surface grinder, drill press, manual mill, and lathe.
• Use measuring equipment: micrometers, dial calipers, height gauge, gauge pins, dial indicator.
• Basic computer, reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• 3‑5 years manufacturing experience; prior mold maintenance experience a plus.
• Good attendance and policy record; internal applicants less than 2 points.
• Strong work ethic, time management, teamwork ability.
