Packaging Technician - Marietta, PA

Join Alphanumeric as a Packaging Technician supporting our long-standing pharmaceutical client of 20+ years, dedicated to improving lives through innovative medical advancements.

What You'll Do:

• Report all safety concerns and hazards immediately to promote a safe work environment.
• Accurately complete batch record documentation with attention to detail and integrity.
• Adhere to all local and corporate policies, procedures, and GMP standards.
• Load materials and components into packaging equipment at the required pace.
• Inspect and reintroduce acceptable materials into the process as needed.
• Assist in cleaning, disassembling, and reassembling equipment during product changeovers.
• Monitor and manage product, leaflet, and carton flow through automated equipment, responding to alarms or issues promptly.
• (If applicable) Operate Powered Industrial Trucks to transport materials between the packaging floor and warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong team orientation and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate basic computer applications.
• Capable of lifting 5-25 lbs frequently, with occasional lifts over 25 lbs.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
