Position SummaryThe Production Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and developing production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role partners with Production Leadership, HR, and Safety to deliver standardized training programs, reinforce SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
Essential Duties- Conduct new hire, cross-training, and refresher training
- Deliver hands-on, on the job instruction aligned with SOPs
- Ensure employee compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain training records and certifications
- Support continuous improvement and operational changes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
- Training or coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work on the production floor
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
Production Warehouse and office staffing, exposure to machinery, noise, and dust.
