Overview
As a Storeroom Inventory Associate you’ll have a passion for inventory control and a vision for excellent results. You will be expected to comply with Safe Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices to assure all quality and production standards are met, cross train in other part room jobs, and proactively support all company needs. This position is based in our Muncy, PA plant and will be a 2nd shift role working 3p-11p.
You will be an integral part of our maintenance team, helping keep our plant in tip-top shape so production can run smoothly.
- Inventory – Organizing will be fundamental to this role; you’ll ensure physical inventory and adjustments are made. Store and maintain all parts in correct bin locations. Verify parts are issued correctly.
- Process Improvement – Continuously improving is engrained into our culture, so you’ll make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring Performance – Manage K-Buy and SAP transactions, BOMs, inventory control, emergency parts procurement, kitting, record keeping, and storeroom supplies.
- Teamwork – Work with supervisors, technicians and engineers on the procurement of parts for shutdown and routine maintenance activities.
- Procurement – Ordering, tracking, and receiving crucial parts to keep our operation running through the SAP system.
- High School Diploma or GED with substantial related work experience
- At least 1 year inventory planning experience
- Maintenance planning software or inventory planning software experience
The annual salary range is $41,680 - $54,705, based on location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
