Compensation: $16.30 / hour

The Packer (1st shift) is responsible for packing boxes of product according to specified numbers per box;
Visually inspect the product to assure that a good quality product is shipped;
May use gages and scales to inspect the product;
Make labels and assure proper labeling with correct item, quantity, description, etc.;
Ensure all boxes have been sealed and that the appropriate label has been applied;
Prepare pallets of box product to be sent to shipping.

Pack boxes of product according to specified numbers per box
Visually inspect the product to assure that a good quality product is shipped

• Requires constant standing and walking (up to 10 hours per day)
• Repetitive use of both hands (up to 10 hours per day)
• Repetitive reaching at and above shoulder level and bending at the waist
• Ability to lift boxes and product weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist
• Ability to utilize a computer
• Ability to read scales and gages
• Ability to detect defects in product

• Pay rate $16.30 per hour
