General Operative, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Our client is currently seeking a General Operative to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis (for the right candidate). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the manufacturing industry.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM (30-minute break)

• Assisting with operations on the Flowline
• General duties as required within the manufacturing environment
• Ensuring product quality and safety standards are met
• Supporting the team to meet production targets and deadlines

• A good eye for detail and precision in their work
• Ability to work to instructions and follow clear processes
• A passion to succeed and contribute to team goals
• Ability to read drawings and work from technical instructions
• A strong focus on working to processes and maintaining consistency in production

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is essential
• Experience in the spring industry is advantageous, but not a requirement
