Summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. producer of Yellawood brand Pressure‑Treated Pine is seeking forklift operators. This is a full‑time position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package.

Drive an industrial forklift truck to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials.

• Moves levers and presses pedals to drive the truck and control the movement of the lifting apparatus.
• Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports the load to a designated area.
• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering the lifting device.
• Inventories materials on the work floor and supplies workers with materials as needed.
• Keeps a record of inventory.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have previous forklift experience.
• Lumber experience a plus!
