Position Summary:

The Production Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and developing production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role partners with Production Leadership, HR, and Safety to deliver standardized training programs, reinforce SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Essential Duties:

* Conduct new hire, cross-training, and refresher training

* Deliver hands-on, on the job instruction aligned with SOPs

* Ensure employee compliance with safety and quality standards

* Maintain training records and certifications

* Support continuous improvement and operational changes

Qualification:

* High schools diploma or equivalent

* 3+ years production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience

* Training or coaching experience preferred

* Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes

* Strong communication and documentation skills

* Ability to work on the production floor

* Bilingual Spanish/English required

Work Environment:

Production Warehouse and office staffing, exposure to machinery, noise, and dust.
