Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located at our Quarryville, PA facility. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing production teams, coordinating resources, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve operational goals and supporting the development of innovative manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising production teams.
  • Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in advanced manufacturing, particularly with rare earth magnets or a similar industry, is a plus.
