CNC Machinist

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.

• Set up, operate CNC machines to specific production steps or processes, such as producing machined parts.
• Check SPC charts for frequency of checks, gauging and measurements.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process charts and other control procedures.
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, designs sketches and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) for operation, material, and dimensional requirements.
• Complete highly complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
• Consistently work on a variety of highly complex tasks requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve highly complex problems.
• Make recommendations for new procedures.
• Take measurements of material and select appropriate machines for the process.
• Conduct inspections of work produced.
• Keep records and maintain quality/safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
