Shape Everyday Clean—Join KIK Consumer Products

At KIK Consumer Products, we build and manufacture brands people trust to clean, sanitize, and protect their homes and pools. As one of North America’s largest independent consumer product manufacturers, we deliver for iconic brands and leading retailers through a culture of accountability, collaboration, agility, and unwavering ethics.

A Day in This Role

Picture your shift unfolding with momentum and purpose. You gear up in PPE, review the production board, and walk the line to confirm bottle indexing and conveyor readiness. As the first bottles enter the fillers, you perform the first round of quality checks—verifying components to ensure the right product is on the right line, confirming labels and date codes, inspecting packaging, and documenting hourly results.

You are empowered to start or pause production at any time to protect quality and safety.

Mid‑morning, you make a tank switch and carry out the valve change process with precision, then coordinate a quick changeover—swapping caps, clearing the line, and assisting mechanics to keep throughput strong. Throughout the day, you keep a sharp eye on equipment performance—fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, case erectors, and palletizers—communicating clearly about any issues, performing minor adjustments, and escalating as needed.

Your attention to detail includes routine weight checks on filled bottles, continuous visual inspections, and accurate updates to production boards.
