What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and monitor aggregate plant equipment to support safe, efficient production
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on stationary and mobile equipment
Assist with plant cleanup and general labor tasks to maintain a safe work area
Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate needs to the team
Learn and operate additional equipment such as loaders, skid steers, water trucks, and other support machinery
What We Are Looking For
Capability to operate or learn to operate aggregate plant and mobile equipment safely
Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and following established procedures
Ability to perform basic maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in varied outdoor conditions
Dependable work habits, teamwork, and a focus on quality and productivity
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
