Niagara Bottling Inc - - - Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment uptime through timely troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures.;
Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging.;
Develop and implement best practices aligned with Niagara's maintenance strategies.;
Utilize preventative and predictive maintenance processes to drive continuous improvement and assist with training.;
Create SOPs and troubleshooting procedures, and transfer knowledge to Niagara team members.
