What You'll Do

• Prepare finished products per assembly instructions, print specifications, and bills of material.
• Assemble and inspect component assemblies by examining connections, fastening parts, and measuring final components against prints.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with Megger 6S procedures and regulations.
• Manage area inventory, reorder materials from warehouse using the Kanban system.
• Document work by completing production and quality forms.
• Apply Megger's core values - Caring, Consistent, Captivating, Confident, and Creative - to every assignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience assembling electronic products and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read/understand design schematics, assembly documentation, component data sheets, and bills of materials.
• Experience with surface mount and through-hole soldering.
• Intermediate PC skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
