Inspector Packers to support production and ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To ensure this role aligns with your expectations and availability, please review the full job posting and requirements before submitting your application.

This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred.

Available shifts include:

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)

• Starting pay of $20 per hour, with an additional $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts

• Inspect finished products and verify package counts
• Assemble and tape boxes for shipping
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production
• Safely start and stop machinery following standard procedures

• Ability to meet safety and quality standards
• Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Six (6) months of experience in inspecting, packaging, or quality checking preferred
• Prefer structured, repetitive work
• Like working fewer days with longer hours
• Take pride in accuracy and consistency
• Are comfortable working 12-hour shifts on your feet
• Show up reliably and on time every shift

• Stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift
• Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Lift, move, push, or pull materials regularly
• Dart provides assistance/reimbursement for approved safety shoes
