Machine Operator
Earn up to $29.13 an hour in 24 months.

NO MANDATORY OVERTIME
We offer 38 different shift structures including the following:
* Thursday
- Saturday rotate Wednesday 5pm-5am
* Thursday
- Saturday rotate Sunday 5pm-5am
* Sunday-Tuesday rotate Saturday 5p-5a
* Monday-Wednesday rotate Sunday 5pm-5am
* 2-2-3 5pm-5am
* Overtime and weekend work is possible for full-time positions. We also need you to arrive on time to work and maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
Job description

Responsibilities:
* As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in making sure our dairy processing lines run smoothly. This includes operating the equipment, packaging the final product and performing many different quality checks to make sure we're meeting customer requirements.
* The safety of our food and our partners are our No. 1 priority. That's why you'll be expected to follow good manufacturing practices and housekeeping guidelines, wear designated personal protective equipment (such as gloves, hard hat, apron, etc.) and meet OSHA safety requirements.
Requirements:
* Candidates must have a high-school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read, understand and follow written procedures.
* At least two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
* This job may require you to lift between 30-50 pounds at waist level, operate an electronic pallet jack, and work in a cold or hot conditions.
* This position requires passing a post-offer background check and drug screen.
* Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required.
