Corrugated Packaging Production Utility Associate

Location: Biglerville

Step into Production with International Paper Picture your shift beginning at 6:00 p.m. in our Biglerville Container Facility. You pull on your PPE, check in with the crew, and head to the corrugator or converting line. You’ll help set up for the next run, keep materials moving, verify measurements with gauges, and wrap up with a thorough clean down before 6:00 a.m. Four nights on, four nights off—then repeat.

No mandatory overtime, and a team that’s ready to show you the ropes.

Role Snapshot Assist operators and helpers on corrugating and converting machines—setup, operation support, and cleanup

Keep a fast-paced line safe, organized, and on schedule

Use measuring devices accurately to confirm specifications

Collaborate closely with teammates and cross-train across multiple positions

Compensation & Schedule Pay: $23.08/hr up to $31.61/hr Category:
