Position Summary:
The Glaze Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the glazing process to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency. This role plays a key part in meeting daily production goals while maintaining food safety and company standards.
Shift: 3rd Shift (Beginning June
8)
- Operate glazing equipment to apply glaze to finished products
- Monitor product flow and adjust equipment as needed for quality and consistency
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of glaze equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Communicate with team members and Line Lead to maintain production flow
- Assist with general production duties as needed
- Previous production or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
