Machine Packer

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures.
• Visually inspect, place, and palletize finished goods to customer specifications.
• Use lifting assist device where applicable; tape and prepare boxes for work centers ensuring proper quantity.
• Monitor quality deviations, compare comparators, and document daily production values including scrap quantities and reasons.
• Operate pallet jack, moving full pallets to elevator; clean and maintain assigned area per 5S principals.
• Stack cartons onto pallets; notify shift leader or technical employees if issues persist.
• Record accurate production data for tracking.
• Assist with flow of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Participate in training of new employees.
• Support and maintain company policies including ISO Standards, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions and behaviors.

• Flexible work schedule willingness; work overtime as needed.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic visual quality inspection ability.
• Endurance for long periods of standing in a production environment.
• Can repeatedly lift boxes 25‑40 lbs manually or with a Tawi lifter.
• Ability to use a pallet jack on full skids.
• Effective communication with coworkers; coach and assist others.
• Time‑management skills to complete work efficiently; adapt to changing assignments.
• Availability for day/night shift, 12‑hour rotating schedule.

Hourly wage $600.00 with a sign‑on bonus of $600.00. Pay received 12‑hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
