Position: Printed Circuit Board Assembler (3:30pm-2am M-Th) - No Experience Required
Location: Mount Pleasant

We're growing and hiring Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblers for our expanding 2nd shift team! If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and building electronic products (or crafting, building Legos or doing diamond art), this is a great opportunity to get started-no experience required.

What You'll Do

• Assemble printed circuit boards following instructions and diagrams
• Cut, form, and prepare electronic components
• Perform manual placement of through-hole components
• Assemble chassis and electromechanical components
• Use hand tools and small hardware to complete assemblies
• Follow quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams, and small print
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfort working with small parts and repetitive tasks
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience needed - we will train!
