Position: Production Technician (2nd Shift)
Location: Plumsteadville

* ** Production Technician I - $20/hr (Day & Night Shifts Available)*

Looking for a stable work opportunity? Join our team as a Production Technician working  
** Monday
- Thursday.
** Choose the shift that fits your life-Day or Night-with overtime available on Fridays.

** Important:*
* _Due to respirator requirements, all candidates must be clean shaven to properly wear a dust cartridge respirator mask._

** Day:
** 4:00 a.m.

-4:00 p.m., Mon-Thu (Fridays as needed for overtime)

** Night:
** 4:00 p.m.

-4:00 a.m., Mon-Thu (Fridays as needed for overtime)

** What You'll Do:*
* + Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment for processing bulk powder compounds

+ Handle materials, monitor processes, and keep accurate records

+ Keep workstations organized and ensure compliance with SOP, SQF, GMP, and safety protocols

+ Document production data, perform inventory counts, and participate in process improvement initiatives

* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but motivation and dependability matter most.

+ Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly and use basic hand tools

+ Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with basic technology
