Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator
Location: Charleroi, PA
Pay Range: $29.28 – $33.21/hr
Work Schedule: 100% On-Site
The Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator performs moderately complex production and fabrication tasks across electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. This includes work on modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, cables, and RF harnessing in research, prototype, pre-production, and production environments.
This role supports the build and integration of advanced hardware systems supporting national defense technologies across multiple mission domains.
Responsibilities to AnticipatePerform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, complex assemblies, and large system builds
Fabricate RF cables, multi-function cables, and harness assemblies
Perform soldering including ribbon and strip line soldering for RF performance
Perform fabrication, marking, loading, and configuring customer or standard software onto devices
Conduct inspection and quality verification activities in production or pre-production environments
Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods and statistical analysis principles
Support production, research, and engineering teams with build and test activities
Maintain production documentation and configuration control standards
Support continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 6+ years of relevant manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
Associate Degree or manufacturing certification preferred
Experience working with electronic or mechanical assemblies
Ability to perform advanced fabrication and device configuration
Strong computer and communication skills
Working knowledge of statistics and SPC applications
Experience supporting RF hardware, cable, or harness builds
Ability to work both repetitive and non-repetitive complex build tasks
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance required at time of hire
Candidates must be eligible for access to classified information and must be U.S. Citizens.
