Monday–Friday, flexible start time between 6am to 8am, 8-hour shifts. Pay:
Up to $40/hr, based on experience.

A well-established company is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join their team. In this role, you'll be creating and optimizing CNC programs, supporting new product development, and helping ensure timely delivery of high-quality components. • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam to meet customer specs.
• Develop machining processes including fixture design, setup methods, tooling, and parameters.
• Collaborate with teams to improve cycle times, quality, and reduce manufacturing risks.
• Lead fixture design and assist with shop drawings and model reviews.
• Support quoting and estimating activities, including BOM creation and material sourcing.
• Operate CNC machines as needed and mentor less experienced operators.

• Minimum of 5 years CNC programming experience, preferably with Mastercam or Gibbs.
• Strong blueprint reading skills, GD&T knowledge, and G-code proficiency.
• Ability to independently set up CNC machines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with job quoting, estimating, and ERP systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; machining journeyman papers preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a manufacturing shop setting. Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled, shop environment. Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
