Shift & Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (Daylight Shift). OT available regularly but not mandated.
Pay$25–$30/hour, based on experience.
Job OverviewJoin a well-established manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist and play a key role in producing high-quality parts using modern CNC equipment. Key Responsibilities- Load and unload parts, inspecting finished components to meet tight tolerances and surface finish standards.
- Operate CNC lathes (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan preferred) and make adjustments to machine settings including speeds, feeds, and tool offsets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and production documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Perform setups for new and repeat jobs with minimal guidance.
- Conduct in-process measurements, maintaining parts within SPC limits.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and daily checks, supporting scheduled preventive maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Vo-Tech, Technical School, or Trade certifications preferred. - At least 5 years of CNC machining experience required.
- Knowledge of G-codes, CNC machining, and lathe operations.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and metrology tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, edit G-code, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
- Experience working with materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and plastics.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Work in a typical shop environment with exposure to heat, cold, and noise. Comfortable working with CNC machinery and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Willing to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
