Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

We are seeking a General Laborer for our Sealant Department to join our team. This position is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy a dynamic, manufacturing-based environment. The laborer will manufacture product in an orderly and timely manner and will learn all areas in the Sealant Department to help as needed. If you have a passion for precision, manufacturing, and continuous improvement, this could be the opportunity for you.

• Manufacture product in an orderly and timely manner within the Sealant Department.
• Support learning and work across all areas of the Sealant Department as needed.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, following instructions and blueprints as applicable.

• High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Become Tow Motor certified through IGS – must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to participate in safety training and/or certifications provided by the company or customer.
• Dependability, accountability, organization, safety focus, and mechanical/technical aptitude.
